Hilary Mujikwa is the founder of GettingARecordDeal.com. He was an independent hip hop artist that has been involved in the music business since 1993. His music career started in London, England when he met the owner of Sound of Money records who had A-list hip hop artists like Black Twang and Roots Maneuver on his roster. Hilary learnt a lot from the pioneer of Sound of Money records and went on to become a rapper under the name Hillz.
He then released his debut album Just the Beginning which included the underground hit Riding On E. While the buzz about his music was around, Hilary wrote and published his first book Rich Rapper Poor Rapper which is said to be an eye opening hip hop industry book with an independent prospective.
